Self Propelled Tigerjet Bundle Extractor
Designed and developed by our team, the new self-propelled “TigerJet” it is the state of the art in the special field of heat exchangers maintenance equipment, thanks to its compactness and versatility.
The reduced dimensions of the self propelled bundle extractor Tigerjet, only 5180mm in length and 2160mm in width, and its movements system equipped with 4 independent steering wheels and a turning radius of +/- 90 ° will allow to work easile even in confined small areas.
Flexibility is one of the main characteristic that makes this New Self Propelled bundle Extractor unique compared to all bundle extractors present in the market.
In fact it can be used or as a unique machine or separately as an aerial hydraulic tube bundle extractor plus a separate transporter.
In the design phase we took care of a fundamental aspects, as the simplicity of carrying out routine maintenance operations, combining the propulsion system and the high pressure hydraulic systems togeher located in a easy and accessible walk-in closet.
Tigerjet can be completely controlled by a single operator via a wireless control box, from which it is possible to guide it and use it for the extraction and insertion of the bundles.
